Master Ajay S. Bhavekar initiated his formal martial arts training in 1980. He spent his first four years mastering Karate, followed by a year of intensive Judo training, building a strong foundation for his lifelong love of martial arts.

Master Ajay joined Han-Ul Taekwondo Academy, training under Master Ravi Shotriya. After six years of sincere practice and determination, he earned the opportunity to travel to South Korea, the birthplace of Taekwondo, for the Black Belt examination.

In 1991, Master Ajay successfully passed the Black Belt examination and made India proud by winning a Silver Medal in the South Korean Championship. Competing against world-class martial artists inspired him to share Taekwondo's values.
